"Have been a member of a lot of gyms in several provinces, even owned one at one point and am very pleased with the setup and atmosphere at FBF. Not only do they have all the equipment you’d want for weight lifting & cardio, but there’s a professional sports tunnel where you can pitch and bat baseballs, cross-fit train, punch a heavy bag or bring your whole basketball, baseball, etc team to get conditioning training with ‘hall of fame’ coach Derek Wilson who also trains/preps bodybuilding/fitness competitors. The staff are friendly, willing to help you make the most of your time there and keep the place spotless. On top of all that, the price and location make it a 5 star rating and the best gym in town in my opinion. New 5 years ago it’s Fredericton’s best kept secret…"
